I need to certify flight time and area mapped with DD.

What plan are you on? Flight time can be verified through the image exif data and the mission area is in DroneDeploy map details. Additionally there are a few apps in the market that record and sync with the flight data for more formal operations management.
Check out AirData.com it will read your Flight Log and generate a lot of data for you from the Flight, Flight Map, Times, Which Batteries used, FFA Logs, Maintenance Tracking etc
