Is it possible to stitch together maps of farmland flown weeks apart? Our weather is volatile in the spring and can rage from -20 to +20 so sometimes I can’t fly the whole thing on the same day. If there is enough overlap, can they be stitched together?

That would be possible if you uploaded them all at the same time. However, light and other factors could create issues if they are really varied. Try to fly both flights in similar conditions and then check out the results.
