Code -1003 error and sync issues

Summary of Issue:
My maps on the web portal does not sync with my maps on my iOS app. I am running the latest versions of all software. iPad Air 2, Inspire 1 Pro with X5

there is no option to do orbit after finishing the map. is that in the paid account only?

a lot of times when I press a new map in the iOS app, I get a blank white page.

finally, every time I create a map and try to launch, I get the following error
“Waypoints: checking waypoint upload status. Execution of this process has timed out (code: -1003)”

any help is greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the trouble you have been experiencing with your DroneDeploy app. Unfortunately, the iPad Air 2 is a device we do not officially support. You may be able to run DroneDeploy on devices we do not officially support, but we can not guarantee they will run perfectly. I would recommend upgrading to a supported device in order to use our application to its full capabilities.

I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app and also turning the mobile device off and back on to clear out possible conflicts.
