I thought it was just me can’t handle with DJI Phantom 4 Pro. Whatever I’ve tried - I have blurry pictures all the time. It’s like the last moment I take a shot - the camera is shifting somehow. Is it could be a problem with drone hardware?
It’s more likely just a focus issue.
- Is there a particular point in time you noticed it?
- Have you seen it consistently?
- What kind of device?
- What version of the app?
We just started noticing this with one of our P4P v2.0’s and haven’t found a fix yet. We’re on an iPad Mini 5 with the latest iOS and DroneDeploy.
I had same problem with DJI Mavic Pro 2 mapping large solar fields in Upstate NY. No offense DD - I switched to DroneLink uploading our KML from Google earth to that and I never experienced this blurry pic again. And we tried manual focus and Auto - both - we still got blurry pics. We did not have time to play around with logging tech support calls - we have 10-15 sites a day we have to map so I called an audible and I am so much happier now that I did. I’m not a poster boy for Dronelink just letting people know their are more options out there if this fixes their issue…
