The exported products are inadequately identified, by which I mean that the zip archive that is created and downloaded does not have anything in the filename or in a readme file inside that explains what the export settings were. E.g. is it EPS3857 or 4326? Was it tiled or not (that one can be determined by digging into the files, but still). What was the resolution used? I recommend a simple text file that is created and inserted into the archive that documents what export settings were used, maybe even a few bits of info regarding the data.

Yes, the file names are a mess! Once you seen them for a wile you recognize their logic of it but it is not easy for anyone outside of this world to relate to so we have to extract and rename.
