Which price calculation does it make of? What should I keep in mind for a fair price to emerge so that the client and I are satisfied?

It really depends on what the economy is in your region and what your marketplace will accept. If you are the first to a solution then name your price and negotiate with your client. In my business I can obviously provide a superior product to my target because I am in that business and can do so very inexpensively because we have the tools, but I choose not to step on the toes of my fellow pilots so that the business can remain as lucrative as possible. I just make more profit. If I lose a bid I let the client see what they got for their money and then they can come back if they want something more.
