App crashing during flight, not capturing photos while reopening

I have had a few issues during large and small flights with the app crashing mid-flight. When I load the pictures onto the pc, the photos are missing from when the bird was over that spot when the app was crashed.

Sorry to hear this. Which drone model are you using? There are a few known issues with some of them that the team is working through.

I’m using the DJI PHANTOM 4

I would contact support@dronedeploy.com if you’ve formatted the SD card and are experiencing this problem.
