Accessing account from multiple computers/tablets

I created my original account using my MacBook and loaded photos for processing. I have no problem reviewing the maps using the original laptop. However, when I tried to log in using one of my iPads, I kept getting a message that my account didn’t exist and wanting me to create one. So, I finally created an account on my iPad using the same account info, email and password. They still get treated like 2 individual accounts and I can not see the maps created from the laptop on the iPad. How do I access the same account on both devices?

Ok, looks like I have found the problem. Mistyped my email the first time I created an account. So now the question is ‘How do I correct info in my profile?’

I think in order to change your email you will need to contact support@dronedeploy.com and they can help you. It’s not currently in the settings.
