Hi, I originally had a 14 day trial for a new contract I had signed where cut/fill would be required. I didnt realise that cut/fill was not part of the individual plan (my bad for not reading thoroughly enough). Has anyone worked out if there’s a way to just pay for the lowest tier that offers cut/fill without having to just wait to be contacted in order to discuss with the dronedeploy team? Whilst its an overkill tier considering I only require the cut/fill (individual services all my other requirements) there’s not a whole lot I can do as going back on the contract is not worth the reputation loss this early on in my business.
