9.7" iPad with iOS 12.1.4 not loading plans

Anyone have this problem? The most recent flight plans created with my desktop, through the DD website, fail to load properly on the iPad. The app on the iPad will open and the new flight plans are listed, however, when opened, the app does not display the plan details or the flight plan map.
I have tried multiple sign-ins/sign-outs etc, to no avail. The app properly works on my iPhone 7 also running iOS 12.1.

Are you on a cell data connection?

No, just wifi…

@Adam_Carp. Can you please email support@dronedeploy.com? This doesn’t sound like the typical “reboot” fix.
