regular basis the app crashes about 2 minutes into the flight. The app tries to restart but can’t

I’m using a Samsung S5 phone with the DD app and a P3

S7:
whenever I do a survey the drone takes off and heads for start point the phone crashes and restarts, I click resume mission and it carries on but after battery swap it starts the job from the beginning again

my phone updated its software the other day

I’m going through unanswered posts and clearing them up. Are you still having issues with the DroneDeploy app crashing? If so, I highly encourage you to double-check that your DroneDeploy app is up to date and that you are using a Supported Device (Mobile and Tablet).
