User - DJI phantom 4 pro plus

Nice to meet u all. First time to start.

I have a question about whether dronedeploy can be used to DJI phantom 4 pro plus.

Although I connect my phone to drone by cable, nothing processes. I really want to use DD, but don’t know what to do. Can anyone help to give answer?? Pls.

Hi @Han_Gun_Jung,

We currently do not officially support the DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus, so there is no guarantee that DroneDeploy will or should work with your setup. I suggest taking a look at our page of Supported Drones to see what’s currently supported.

DJI does not allow any external apps to be added to the captive display on the plus.
Some people buy another controller and use a phone or tablet with other apps to fly.
