I would like to import a .SHP file that I have downloaded from the city/county GIS website.
After selecting the file for import, the DroneDeploy browser session locks up. I have tried this several times with different files over the past couple of months.

We apologize for the experience you are encountering. There are many factors that could cause the DroneDeploy session to lock up when you are uploading a Shape file. For me to better help you, could you tell me what browser you are using?
DroneDeploy has the best performance with Chrome while other browsers may still work as designed.

Could you private message me your Shape file? I want to try and reproduce the issue on my end. This will give me a better idea of why the browser session is freezing.
