Processing time Over 48 hours?

Hi,

I use a “Trial pro” version of DroneDeploy.
I love your application!
A few weeks ago I successfully created 2 maps with DD, and 3D models as well! They are wonderful!
But now I have a problem:
48 hours ago I uploaded a map and it’s still in “Processing” status - “expected in 7 hours”

The difference now: more (about 490) images.
Could it be a problem?
Please help me!

Hi,

Yesterday I got my map successfully, thx a lot! :slight_smile:
The 2D map is OK and the 3D model looks good, but to tell the truth 3D model isn’t so perfect like the previous ones.
The top of the roof of the tower is completely missing and some of the walls are not straight at all. (much worse then before)
Perhaps the map processing was interrupted because of the very long processing time?
Should I try to upload images (not so many) once more?

Thx a lot for your advice, the document was really useful.
I uploaded less images, only the necessary ones (I mean the recommended types) and the 3D model became much better.
