Over exposed image side away from Sun

Flying in the UK currently between 12.00/13:00 on very bright sunny, cloudless days I get, and got last year images that have the side furthest away from the sun overexposed. It doesnt matter if manual or auto settings, fast or slow ,windy or not. This gives me a very mottled map. I expect this if flying later in the day. I have an Inspire Pro and a P4P and both have same issue. I dont think its a DD issue, as i van do a nadir photo pointing NSEW and always get the overexposed bit side away from the sun.
Im beginning to think its UK latitude never having sun completely overhead.
