How High do you fly?

I am trying to find the optimum altitude and not sure if I am going overkill when it comes to how low I am flying to achieve high accuracy/quality. What is everyone else doing?

What is your intended use of the data?

I am going for high detail 3d models. In most cases I will be covering larger areas for earthwork construction sites. I guess I need to know how high is too high when it comes to accuracy
