We did a large survey yesterday 48 maps in total. A batch of them, approximately 8 failed, is there anyway to resubmit and change them to terrain. The map seemed to have an issue with structure as our overlap was imputed at 50%

Sure. You can always use the Upload images button on the top of the dashboard to upload/re-upload any images. Just choose Upload Images, name it as you wish and upload as normal.
