I have tried to uninstall/reinstall quite a few times on iOS10/iOS11, the drone is loaded with latest firmware. Is there other operation I can try to solve this issue? 
Try recycling power on the drone and controller and even your mobile device.
Change the direction of your flightplan slightly.
