Thank you for your suggestion! However, I don’t think this is the problem. It would make sense if the problem occurred every time I’m running the app. But occasionally it actually works just fine. Unfortunately, I can never tell when things will go wrong, which makes it really unpredictable and annoying. Any other suggestions?

We’ve started to roll out app version 2.58. I suggest checking the app store on your mobile device to see if there’s an update available.
As an added note, we are still working on providing a fix for the issue with Mavic drones focusing so that will not be included in this app update.
