Can´t launch DroneDeploy on PC

Hi
I have been using DD for about 6 months.
I plan my missions on my pc go into the field and fly my mission - this used to work just fine.
But i can no longer open the DD app on my pc (i have bought a new one). I go to the DD website and click sign in, then I just get a screen that says “Starting App and initializing device” and then nothing happens. I don´t get a log in box.
I have tried different browsers, different computers and get the same result.

On my Ipad and Iphone the app works fine.

Any ideas ??

Sorry to hear it- could you try clearing out the cache and re-trying?
