I submitted photos to create a map of my home and property yesterday afternoon, around 3:30 PM. The site said processing would be 5 hours. When I woke up this morning, the site still says 5 hours. I am not sure if I did something wrong. Is the processing only done during business hours? Any help would be appreciated.

Apologies for the delayed response. We’re catching up from our holiday break. Are you still having issues with your map processing? If so, can you share the name of the map you’re having issues with as well as the email address associated with your DroneDeploy account?
