3D Display not view

About “3D Model”.
“3D Model” is not displayed.
We executed “3D Model” with Upload data on 2017/02/08.
“Loading 3D Model” is displayed. Thereafter, there is no change.
The browser is Crome (58.0.3029.96).

Hi there, sorry to hear this. Wondering if it’s an issue on Sketchfab’s end? I’ll look into it. You might also try clearing your cache.

In order to be able to use “3D View”.
If you have the necessary information, please indicate it.

What is the data like on the .obj vertices, edges, and faces, if it is a very large model sketchfab may be having an issue dealing with the millions, billions, or trillions of vertices point data.

I went into your account and attempted to load the 3D model where I was able to successfully. I private messaged you a screen recording. Have you tried to clear your cache? I’ll need to gather some information which will help me determine why your 3D maps are not loading:

I found a problem.
ScreenCapture is not available when using DroneDeploy.
Does this relate to problems of “3D Model”?

By disabling this function “3D Model” has been displayed.
